Cobblestone Manor Detailed Lot and House Pricing Announced

Cobblestone Manor is the first swim/tennis community in over 13 years built to serve Walton High School. It is expected to be a huge success but will home buyers pony up in excess of $800,000 on small lots in one of the best locations in East Cobb?  We will know soon as the first lot release will go on sale May 31st, 2014.

There will be 3 types of homes built in Cobblestone Manor: 1) Townhomes starting in the $500's, Manor Homes starting in the $600's, and Estate Homes on larger lots starting in the $700's.

New Homes in 30152 - Harrison Oaks is Traton Homes Newest West Cobb Community

Traton Homes has done it again, conbining approximately 24 acres in the heart of the 30152 Kennesaw zip code and is preparing to build just 24 beautiful homes in the top ranked West Cobb schools of Harrison High, Lost Mountain Middle, and Due West Elementary. Pricing is slated to start in the $400's, but I suppose like many of Traton's Harrison High neighborhoods, prices will crest in the high $500's to low $600's for a home that is well appointed.
